国测地形七队加强人才培养

国家测绘局第七地形测量队为适应信息化测绘的总体需求,强化人才储备和引进人才,进一步加强人才队伍建设,提高职工整体队伍素质,着力营造良好的人才成长环境。

 

  一是根据单位发展有计划的引进人才。每年积极与相关大专院校联系,并提前将队(院)需要的专业、人数以及基本要求向校方发函,根据需要有计划地引进人才。近年,招收一批工程测量、地图编制、地理信息系统等专业的大中专毕业生。目前,在大队80人的职工中,有硕士学历2人,大专本科学历38人;中级以上职称23人,初级职称51人,高级技师3人,技师3人,人才队伍的年龄、学历、职称结构符合单位的工作特点。

 

  二是通过重点项目锻炼人才。注重依托项目对人才进行培养,鼓励年轻职工积极参与重点项目的实施,把具有发展潜力的人员推向技术管理岗位,在项目中锻炼人才。近年来在完成国家1:5万数据更新、国家西部无图区测图、华东华中大地水准面精化和省1:1万数据更新等重点项目中培养了一批既懂技术又懂管理的复合型人才。

 

  三是建立健全人才激励机制。将人才的收入与岗位职责、工作业绩、实际贡献相联系,建立向优秀人才和关键岗位倾斜的分配制度。建立人才奖励表彰机制,每年对成绩突出的技术、管理岗位人才进行评先创优。建立人才资源开发投入机制,鼓励个人参加各种形式的在职教育,形成了自学的风气,提高了业务水平和测绘生产效率,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Third, establish and improve human resources incentives. The income and job responsibilities of talents, job performance and actual contributions linked to the establishment of key positions to the talents and tilt of the distribution system. Establish an award in recognition of mechanism, the right made outstanding achievements in technology and management positions to conduct assessments before personnel excellence. The building of human resource development mechanisms to encourage individuals to participate in various forms of in-service education has created a culture of self-study and improve the business productivity levels and mapping to produce a good economic and social benefits.
