新修订的《消防法》于2009年5月1日起施行，为贯彻落实《消防法》及有关法律、法规，进一步提高消防管理水平和防范意识，11月9日，山西省测绘局举办学习贯彻《消防法》培训班。局机关义务防火员、局属各单位消防安全工作分管领导和安全责任人共30多人参加培训。

　　培训班聘请专家结合近几年发生的典型火灾事故案例，讲解了消防业务知识、新《消防法》与当今社会的关系、消防工作所面临的形势等方面的内容，详细介绍了处理火灾事故的基本方法、火灾现场逃生、如何使用灭火器材以及怎样扑救初起火灾等消防知识。培训结束后，组织全体参训人员进行了消防安全考试。

　　通过培训，进一步提高了大家对消防安全工作重要性的认识，增强了安全生产的责任感和紧迫感，将有力地促进全局消防安全工作健康发展。

The newly revised "Fire Act" on May 1, 2009 shall come into force, in order to implement the "Fire Act" and relevant laws and regulations to further improve awareness of fire management and prevention, November 9, Shanxi Bureau of Surveying and Mapping organized learning implement the "Fire Law" course. Board member agencies fire duty, the Council in charge of all units subordinate to the leadership of the fire safety work and safety of persons responsible for a total of 30 people to attend the training.

Combination of courses in recent years to hire experts, fire occurred in a typical case, explained the fire business knowledge, the new "Fire Act" and the relationship between today's society, fire control work is facing a situation such as aspects, detailing the incident to deal with fire basic approach, scene of the fire escape, how to use fire-fighting equipment and how to put out fires since the beginning of the fire of knowledge. After the training, organization of all trainees had fire safety test.


Through training, and further raised awareness about the importance of fire safety awareness, enhanced safety sense of responsibility and urgency, it will effectively promote the healthy development of the overall fire safety.
