　　该院对横断山脉A1区域外业生产高度重视，为充分利用藏北高原短暂的外业生产期，研究确定了“投入优势兵力打歼灭战”的生产组织路线，突破原定计划，投入了4个中队共100多人、20多辆车，于9月初挺进测区。

　　生产启动后，前线副指挥带领生产管理人员制订科学的实施计划和管理措施，精心组织，统筹调配；作业人员发扬百折不挠的硬骨头精神，精诚团结，分工协作，外业生产有序、高效展开。经前线广大干部职工近两个月的奋力拼搏，终于赶在大雪封山前，安全、及时地完成了控制与调绘的野外工作，为横断山脉A1区域外业生产的全面完成争取到了主动权。
