日前,国家长城资源调查工作项目组在石家庄市召开明长城测量成果分省验收会,与会专家对河北省测绘局完成的375幅1:1万数字高程模型数据(DEM)、数字正射影像数据(DOM)、专题矢量数据(DLG)、专题影像图数据(TMAP)等明长城数据成果进行了验收。专家组认为河北省明长城测量成果质量符合设计要求,富有技术创新性和示范性,超额完成合同规定的任务,一致同意通过验收,并将其成果及验收结论报国家测绘局、国家文物局。
河北省明长城测量项目是全国明长城测量项目的组成部分。该项目运用遥感、卫星定位技术和数字化专题要素采集技术等现代科技手段,结合文物部门田野调查数据,在较短的时间内摸清了河北明长城家底,全面准确掌握长城现状。并在重点区域、重点地段采用LIDAR三维激光扫描技术、低空数字航摄等测绘新技术对重点地段的长城进行精细测量与展示。这为制定保护长城法规政策和管理措施提供基础依据。
按照国家测绘局安排和与省文物局签订的协议要求,2006年4月河北省测绘局开展了河北省明长城资源调查试点工作,2007年1月至2009年4月实施了河北省明长城测量工作。该项目的组织与协调工作由河北省基础地理信息中心负责,外业控制测量工作由河北省第一测绘院负责完成,DEM与DOM的生产、长城长度的量测与长城专题要素数据的采集工作由河北省第三绘院负责完成,长城专题影像地图的生产与长城资源调查数据的集成工作由河北省基础地理信息中心负责完成。通过各单位的共同努力,协调配合,圆满完成了项目的各项工作。
