10月31日，国家测绘局、新疆维吾尔自治区测绘局、巴音郭楞蒙古自治州人民政府三方代表共同签署库尔勒市《数字区域地理空间框架建设示范合作协议书》。

　　“数字库尔勒”项目由国家测绘局、新疆维吾尔自治区测绘局和巴音郭楞蒙古自治州人民政府分别投资，计划用2年时间，建成权威、统一、现势性强的城市地理空间框架。在框架基础上，紧密结合地方政府工作，以满足城市管理和政府决策需求为出发点和落脚点，以城市大比例尺地形图为基础，开展包括空间数据集建设、管理和服务系统建设以及典型应用开发等内容的建设工作，形成城市地理空间信息公共平台，促进地理信息资源的充分利用，推动城市信息化进程，实现国家、省、市信息资源共享。

　　该合作协议书的签订，标志着“数字库尔勒”项目的正式启动，必将推进库尔勒信息化建设进程。
