近日，由江苏省测绘学会、江苏省测绘局职业技能鉴定指导中心主办，江苏省测绘学会新技术应用专业委员会与南京信息工程大学承办的江苏省高校暨“苏一光杯”测绘技能大赛在南京信息工程大学落下帷幕。

　　本次大赛以个人测绘仪器操作技能、四等水准测量、导线测量等技能为主要竞赛内容。邀请东南大学、中国矿业大学等22所高校组成的24支队伍同台竞技，153名测绘类专业的学生和老师参加了这场技能大赛。来自教育部高等学校测绘学科教学指导委员会、江苏省测绘局、南京市规划局、江苏省内兄弟院校以及相关企业、研究机构的33名专家担任评委。

　　经过两天紧张而又激烈的角触，大赛组委会、大赛评委会按照公开、公平、公正的要求，规范评审条件，严格评选程序，最终评选出70名个人奖，16个团体单项奖和8个团体奖，39个优秀指导教师奖。

　　教育部高等学校测绘学科教学指导委员会委员、中国测绘学会教学指导委员会委员、原武汉测绘科技大学测绘学院院长陶本藻教授对比赛进行了精彩点评。他指出，此次大赛不仅推动了江苏省测绘事业发展，更实现了社会、学校、个人、赞助商的多赢，本次大赛既是学生技能的竞争，又是教师能力的竞争，更是学校教学水平的竞争，实现了本科、专科同等比赛，测绘、非测绘专业同等比赛，评委、裁判公正、公平的执法以及志愿者们的热情参与，使大赛实现了“零投诉”。他对选手们在比赛具体操作中的问题给予了细致的点评，希望选手和各大专院校认真总结经验，迎接明年的比赛。

　　另外，本次大赛还安排了测绘新技术展示和新技术专题介绍，营造了在全省范围内创造重视测绘高新技术的良好环境，为江苏测绘的产、学、研相结合和培养大批知识型、技能型、创新型人才搭建了平台，奠定了基础。

Invite Southeast University, China University of Mining and other 22 colleges and universities consisting of 24 teams competing against the 153 categories of professional surveying and mapping students and teachers took part in this skills contest. Surveying and mapping from the Ministry of Education, colleges and universities subject teaching steering committee, surveying and mapping bureau in Jiangsu Province, Nanjing Planning Bureau, Jiangsu province, other universities and related companies, research institutes of 33 experts served as judges.


After two days of intense and violent corner of touch, Competition Organizing Committee, Competition jury of openness, fairness, justice demands, standardized selection criteria, strict selection process and ultimately selected 70 individual awards, 16 organizations have individual awards and 8 group award, 39 outstanding instructor award.

He pointed out that this competition is not only promoted the development of the cause, Jiangsu Province, surveying and mapping, but also to achieve social, schools, individuals, sponsors of the win-win, this competition is not only the students skills in competition, the competition is the ability of teachers, even school teaching the level of competition, to achieve undergraduate, specialist the same game, mapping, surveying and mapping profession of non-equal competition, the judges, referees just and fair law enforcement, as well as the enthusiastic participation of volunteers, so that competition to achieve a "zero complaint."
