(一)解析法地籍测量

    对于宗地界址边长较长的,不需丈量相邻界址点间距,界址边长可以采用坐标反算;对小宗地相邻界址点间距必须丈量,记录界址边的直角和平角条件,界址点与相邻地物的关系距离、建筑物周边长等可选择性地丈量。

(二)部分解析法地籍测量

    对于采用解析法测定坐标的界址点的大宗地,且界址边长较长的,不需丈量相邻界址点间距,界址边长可以采用坐标反算;对于小宗地相邻界址点间距必须丈量;记录界址边的直角和平角条件;对于不是用解析法测定坐标的界址点都必须勘丈相邻界址点间距;界址点与相邻地物的关系距离及建筑物周边长等可选择性地丈量。

变更地籍测量的特点

    变更地籍测量的特点:(1)区域分散、范围小。变更地籍测量一般不进行控制测量及测绘地籍图,而利用原界址点或原控制点作为控制,利用原地籍图作为基础图件。(2)变更地籍测量精度要求高。变更地籍测量精度应不低于变更前地籍测量精度。(3)变更地籍测量任务急。在接受变更权属调查移交的资料后,应立即进行变更地籍测量,才能满足变更土地登记或设定土地登记的要求。变更权属调查和变更地籍测量,通常由同一个外业组一次性完成。
