10月29日,广西壮族自治区国土资源厅在南宁召开广西海岸线变迁研究成果评审会。
与会专家听取了项目承担单位——广西第一测绘院,研究成果汇报,对成果相关内容进行了认真讨论后一致认为:该项目数据基础来源可靠准确,数据坐标框架实现了有效统一;海岸线数据时间分段正确,能清晰反应1949年以来各个时段广西海岸线情况;成果达到原设计书各项要求;用遥感影像进行海岸线变迁分析,准确性高、效果好,并且首次利用国产环境遥感卫星数据,技术先进;在区内首次采用数学建模方法分析海岸线变迁,具有较高的探索意义。一致通过评审。
广西海岸线变迁研究是国家908项目的子项目,是广西海岸带调查中海岸修测任务的延伸。2007年,广西海岸线测量完成。为了分析广西海岸线历年的变化情况及原因,为广西近海研究特别是广西海洋经济学和生态学研究提供依据, 2008年,自治区开始启动广西海岸线变迁研究,由广西第一测绘院承担。该院采用遥感影像法、GIS、数学建模等科学方法,对广西海岸线长度、位置和变迁情况进行研究、分析和预测,取得了广西海岸线变迁情况数据等一系列研究成果,为908项目的开展以及广西近海和海岸带研究开发提供数据资源和档案资料。
