日前，海南测绘局向各市县测绘行政主管部门下发《关于开展地图市场专项检查工作的通知》，部署专项检查工作。

　　检查分为两个阶段进行。第一阶段为11月2日至6日，各市县测绘行政主管部门对本辖区地图市场进行自查；第二阶段为11月9日至13日，省测绘行政主管部门会同省工商等部门对重点地区进行联合检查。

　　检查的内容包括:一是漏绘、错绘台湾岛、南海诸岛、钓鱼岛、赤尾岛等带有政治性问题和违背“一个中国”原则的地图。二是“三无”地图及其制品。包括无地图编制单位、无地图编制资质、无地图审图号、无出版刊号的地图，以及未经审批许可，在广告宣传品上刊印的地图。三是存在泄密隐患的地图。包括粗制滥造，标注军事单位、涉密设施等对国家利益造成安全隐患的地图。四是未经商务、海关等国家部门批准擅自开展各种进出口地图产品生产经营活动的。

　　此次检查将旅行社、房地产销售公司、文化娱乐场所、车站、码头、机场、书刊报亭和流动摊点作为重点清查对象，检查在公共场所以各种形式展示、使用的地图及互联网上登载的地图，以及地图市场上销售的非法地图出版物、地球仪和附有地图图形的广告、文化用品、工艺品等。

The checks will be travel agents, real estate sales company, culture, entertainment, stations, wharves, airports, kiosks and mobile stalls books as a key target inventory, check in various forms in public places, display, the use of maps and maps posted on the Internet , as well as maps on the market of illegal publications, maps, globes and maps with graphical advertising, stationery, handicrafts and so on.
