随着工业与民用建筑业的发展,各种复杂而大型的工程建筑物日益增多,工程建筑物的兴建,改变了地面原有的状态,并且对于建筑物的地基施加了一定的压力,这就必然会引起地基及周围地层的变形。为了保证建(构)筑物的正常使用寿命和建(构)筑物的安全性,并为以后的勘察设计施工提供可靠的资料及相应的沉降参数,建(构)筑物沉降观测的必要性和重要性愈加明显。现行规范也规定,高层建筑物、高耸构筑物、重要古建筑物及连续生产设施基础、动力设备基础、滑坡监测等均要进行沉降观测。特别在高层建筑物施工过程中,应用沉降观测加强过程监控,指导合理的施工工序,预防在施工过程中出现不均匀沉降,及时反馈信息,为勘察设计施工部门提供详尽的一手资料,避免因沉降原因造成建筑物主体结构的破坏或产生影响结构使用功能的裂缝,造成巨大的经济损失。 沉降观测的实施 工作基点和观测点标志的布设
沉降观测点应依据建筑物的形状、结构、地质条件、桩形等因素综合考虑,布设在最能敏感反映建筑物沉降变化的地点。一般布设在建筑物四角、差异沉降量大的位置、地质条件有明显不同的区段以及沉降裂缝的两侧。埋设时注意观测点与建筑物的联结要牢靠,使得观测点的变化能真正反映建筑物的变化情况。并根据建筑物的平面设计图纸绘制沉降观测点布点图,以确定沉降观测点的位置。在工作点与沉降观测点之间要建立固定的观测路线,并在架设仪器站点与转点处做好标记桩,保证各次观测均沿统一路线。
沉降观测的周期及施测过程
