近日，河南省测绘局召开机关干部职工会议，传达党的十七届四中全会精神，围绕《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》（以下简称《决定》）等内容进行学习讨论。

　　会议指出，《决定》是指导当前和今后一个时期党的建设的纲领性文件。全局干部职工特别是党员干部必须认真学习贯彻党的十七届四中全会精神。会议要求：一要高度重视，统筹安排。结合测绘工作特点，采取内业集中学习，外业分片、分点学习的形式，把学习引向深入，每个共产党员要深刻领会十七届四中全会精神。二要领导带头。各处室负责人要带头结合实际，进行专题研究，推动学习顺利开展。三要形式多样。采用集体与个人学习的方式，充分发挥局网站、刊物、简报、宣传栏等媒体的作用，形成学习贯彻十七届四中全会精神的良好氛围。四要突出重点，解决问题。着力解决党建工作和实际工作中符合科学发展观要求的深层问题。五要紧密结合测绘实际，研究制定测绘系统学习全会精神和改进党建工作的意见措施，不断提高测绘工作服务大局、服务社会、服务民生的能力和水平。六要按照《决定》要求，加强党员干部教育，规范党员干部行为，增强党性意识、宗旨意识、先锋模范意识，弘扬测绘精神。

　　全局机关党员干部结合自身对十七届四中全会精神的学习与体会，进行了热烈的讨论。大家纷纷表示，要紧密团结，认真学习《决定》精神，不断提高政治理论水平，以测绘服务政府中心工作为抓手，围绕测绘提供服务保障工作，以奋发有为的精神状态，努力开创河南测绘事业的新局面。
