近日，陕西测绘局党组中心组传达学习党的十七届四中全会精神和省委十一届四次全会精神。

　　会议要求，要充分认识学习贯彻党的十七届四中全会的重大意义。党的十七届四中全会高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，站在党和国家全局的战略高度，全面分析了党建工作面临的形势和任务，深刻阐述了加强和改进新形势下党的建设的重要性和紧迫性，系统总结了我们党作为马克思主义执政党进行自身建设的基本经验，进一步明确了加强和改进新形势下党的建设的基本要求、目标任务和重大举措。全会作出的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》，体现了党的建设理论创新、实践创新、制度创新、工作创新的丰富成果，反映了党和国家事业的发展要求，反映了全党加强和改进新形势下党的建设的共同意志，是在新的历史起点上以改革创新精神推进党的建设新的伟大工程的纲领性文件。胡锦涛总书记在全会上发表的重要讲话，全面总结了一年来党带领人民积极应对国际金融危机冲击、推动经济社会又好又快发展取得的重大成就和新鲜经验，对贯彻落实全会精神、扎实做好党和国家各项工作提出了明确要求，为我们进一步指出了前进方向。深入贯彻落实好党的十七届四中全会精神，对于全面贯彻党的十七大精神，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，有效应对国际金融危机冲击，保持经济平稳较快发展，夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面，具有重大而深远的意义。

　　会议强调，全局各单位、各部门特别是领导干部要把学习和领会党的十七届四中全会精神作为当前的重大政治任务，准确把握贯彻落实的切入点、着力点、结合点，真正做到用四中全会精神武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作。要切实按照党的十七届四中全会精神要求，全面加强全局党的思想、组织、作风、制度和反腐倡廉建设，进一步提升领导干部的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力，进一步推动测绘事业发展。当前，2009年工作进入关键的第四季度，全局要按照国家测绘局和省委省政府的统一部署，继续落实国家局《关于为国家扩大内需促进经济增长做好测绘保障服务的若干意见》中的8项措施，加大重大项目生产管理力度，为完成全年各项工作目标努力工作。同时，及早谋划明年的各项工作，以及“十二五”工作规划，为全局科学持续快速发展奠定基础。
