督察职责

（一）对督察范围内省级及计划单列市人民政府的土地利用和管理情况进行监督检查。根据督察范围内的实际情况，研究拟订督察工作计划和工作制度，报国家土地总督察批准后实施； （二）监督检查督察范围内省级及计划单列市人民政府耕地保护责任目标的落实情况； （三）监督检查督察范围内省级及计划单列市人民政府执行国家土地调控政策情况； （四）监督检查督察范围内省级及计划单列市人民政府执行土地管理法律法规情况； （五）对督察范围内省级人民政府上报国务院审批以及由省级、计划单列市人民政府审批的农用地转用和土地征收事项依照规定进行检查，发现有违法违规问题，及时报告或提出纠正意见； （六）按照有关规定提出责令限期整改建议报国家土地总督察，负责对被责令限期整改地区的监督检查，督促督察范围内省级和计划单列市人民政府组织实施整改工作，负责对被责令限期整改地区结束整改的审核，并向国家土地总督察提出是否结束对该地区整改的建议； （七）开展土地利用和管理的调查研究，提出加强土地管理的政策建议； （八）承办国土资源部及国家土地总督察、副总督察交办的其他事项。

  Inspector duties
