Geographic Information Systems (Geographic Informantion System referred to as GIS) is a computer hardware and software support with the collection, storage, management, description and analysis of the geographical distribution of the Earth's surface and space-related data of the spatial information system. It has been in urban planning, management, monitoring, construction and decision-making has been widely used.
   At this stage the use of GIS-based platform for the establishment of an application system, usually involves the following steps: a. Well sound system design, according to the actual situation, to the bottom of the ultimate goal-oriented work; b. The ultimate goal-oriented, using GIS-based secondary development, so that GIS data is widely used; c. The data input and updating.
  The GIS data capture, updating, maintenance is mainly borne by the survey and mapping industry. Terrestrial digital mapping is developed in this context, it has increasingly become large-scale access to digital maps and geographic information systems and various cities in order to maintain its current potential of the Geographic Information System conducted by the primary means of data update.
