2009年8月21日，我国海军第二批亚丁湾索马里护航编队载誉归来。与第一批护航编队相比，此次制胜，官兵们多了一样“秘密武器”——亚丁湾地区舰载直升机专用航空图。这张图填补了我国军事航空图史空白，为飞行员提供了作战的“眼睛”。

    “真要给你请功！你绘制的航空图用得非常好！”北京海军航空兵部领航测绘处杨处长激动地对绘图者说。而这位“功臣”，竟是一位眉清目秀、年近六旬的女同志——空军某测绘大队高级工程师李丽。

    2008年，中国地图学与GIS专业委员会这样定位李丽：21世纪，我国航空图生产的领军人。

    26天，完成300多天才能完成的紧急任务

    2008年12月26日，我国海军第一批护航编队开赴亚丁湾索马里地区护航。此海域，我军还没有航空图保障，第一批护航飞行员在没有航空图的情况下执行任务，好比人没眼睛摸着走路。

    如何尽快解决难题，使飞行员人手一份亚丁湾地区航空图？“把李丽叫来，就有了80%的把握！”总部测绘局领导斩钉截铁地说。

    2009年2月4日，正在石家庄老家休假的李丽接到了紧急电话：马上赶回北京领命！而此时，积劳成疾的她还在打点滴。放下电话，拔掉没打完的点滴，她坐火车火速来到总部机关。总参首长下达命令，要求李丽担任技术攻关组组长，赶在第二批护航舰队出发前拿出航空图。

    已是晚上11点多了，没顾上吃饭的李丽找来世界地图，把难题一一列出：地域新。我空军在非洲地区的航空图保障是空白；图种新。专用于保障舰载直升机的航空图还从未制作过；技术难。各种数据没有；设计难。表示哪些内容以及怎样表示都从未涉猎；作业难。多源数据融合和跨梯度制图综合，世界上都没解决好此难题！

    更让李丽感到棘手的是，此时离第二批护航舰队出发只有30多天了。300多天的工作量，20多天必须完成……李丽立即组织精兵强将，成立突击队。

    任务要快速完成，必须走捷径。我军没有亚丁湾地区航空图，国家民航总局应该有。李丽拿着介绍信，直奔民航总局。

    资料很快拿到手。她一看，德国图，是英文，读不太懂。

    李丽再次来到民航总局请教专家。用一天时间把德国图搞懂。又用一天时间，教会助手。

    如何把英国、德国、法国的资料，整合嫁接到我国的航空图上？这个难题无人尝试过。李丽没有畏惧，方向和方案定下，先用传统手工编绘，后扫描，再进行数字化跟踪，编辑，成图，印刷，出版。

    要把德、英、法三个国家的地名统一，难度极大。李丽跑到新华书店，买回世界地图集，上百次地进行核对，定出地名，最后用中英文双语标出……26天后，她和团队终于绘制出了亚丁湾地区舰载直升机专用航空图，如期交到了飞行员们手中。

    为飞行员提供作战的“眼睛”，不也是在配合飞行员战斗吗

    李丽的爷爷李硕农曾是抗联作战处处长，1948年解放战争中，46岁的李硕农壮烈牺牲。听着爷爷故事长大的李丽，从骨髓里已渗透了爱国情怀。1969年冬天，16岁的李丽瞒着父母体检入伍，被派到西安空军某测绘大队当了一名绘图员。

    “我不喜欢枯燥无味的绘图。我想到一线部队操枪练炮，实现一名军人的崇高和勇猛。”在日记里，李丽写了这样一段话。父亲得知她不愿从事航图测绘的想法后，专门致信：“丽丽，革命工作各有分工。你要早日振奋精神，干好空军测绘这份同样神圣的工作。”

    读着信，李丽并没有完全理解父亲的良苦用心。

    一天晚上，分队长王喜民同李丽交流，发现她悟性极高，是个好苗子。王喜民特别高兴，对李丽说，航图人这个职业是神圣的，千万不要小看这张图……

    李丽被父亲和王喜民的一次次劝说打动了。她仔细一想，是啊！我为飞行员提供作战的“眼睛”，不也是在配合飞行员战斗吗？

    从此，李丽全身心地投入到航空图研制中来。上世纪80年代中后期，她已是大家公认的制图高手了。

    1997年香港回归前夕，一项神圣的任务找上了李丽：尽快制作我国自己的香港航空图。

    接到任务的当天，李丽在日记上写了一句话：“我要把我二十多年来的梦想在完成这个图中实现，为维护祖国的声誉和尊严而战！”

    拿到资料仔细一看，香港为国际空港，空域十分复杂。港方空中管制用英语、粤语，要完成任务，非一年时间不可！但离香港回归仅为三个月。

    收集资料。缜密规划。反复研究。确定方案……李丽把孩子老人统统抛在一边，连续作战90多天，终于完成任务。

    2006年10月，香港回归祖国10周年前夕，总部再次把紧急任务交给李丽：研制香港地区1：5万，1：10万飞行图。历经四月苦战，2007年春节前，第一张大比例尺航空图诞生。为此，总部机关于香港回归十周年前夕，特邀李丽访问香港及驻港部队。

    那天，李丽同访问团来到驻港部队，不由一愣：“怎么，我们驻港部队墙上的挂图还是英方的？”她连忙向总参测绘局申副局长请示，得到了“立即研制生产”的指示。

    不久之后，李丽为驻港部队研制生产的挂图，在官兵的欢呼声中挂上。

    累坏一个肾，换来200个机场的数据档案资料，值得

    1993年至1996年，空军后勤部交给李丽一个艰巨的任务，负责空军200多个军队在用机场档案建立工作。一年中，李丽在全国各机场来回奔波，每天查阅资料到深夜两三点，有时通宵达旦。

    半个多月的高强度工作后，李丽瘦了，连续发烧半个月。腰疼得厉害，她用手顶着继续工作。直到三年后的一次例行体检中，她才被“强制”住院——检查发现，她的右肾已萎缩到正常人的三分之一，失去肾功能。

    住院期间，李丽还是边打点滴边打电话“遥控”研制。稍有好转，她就找到医护人员说：“我还有一个左肾呢，让我出院吧，还有很多活等着我去干。”医生动情地说：“这个女同志，真是玩命工作！”

    此项任务完成后，空军后勤部专门致函大队，建议给李丽荣立二等功一次。李丽得知后找到领导说：“累坏一个肾，换来200个机场的数据档案资料，值得！但这个二等功，我不能要，工作是大家干的！”

    非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远，这个信条让李丽从来都“躲”着名利。

    2004年，全军“XT-25”大会战打响。空军测绘大队第一次参加陆军军种任务。

    那一年，李丽已51岁，体质明显下降。整理一会儿资料，眼花，腰酸。但她没叫半个累字，带头扑在任务一线。一天晚上，李丽终因劳累过度晕倒在办公室。同事发现后急忙把李丽抬回家。一个小时后，李丽醒来，想到的仍是任务。她打电话叫其他技术成员来家里，坐在床上同大家研究难点问题。李丽这一举动，深深打动了所有工作人员，大家干劲陡增，一鼓作气，完成会战任务。在全军七大军区、海、空军等11个单位的成果质量评比中，空军测绘大队取得第二名的好成绩，受到总部通报表彰。

    李丽工作中认真较劲，时常当面批评工作中怠慢的同志。一次，因工作出点差错，作为分管负责人的李丽，毫不客气地批评顶头上司。

    爱人说，你应该给年轻同志留点面子，多鼓励，少批评。李丽却说：“图上错漏一个数字，会给飞行员的生命带来危险，所以不能有丝毫差错。这个玩笑开不起。”

    工作中，李丽就是一个唱黑脸的“包公”。

    去年，李丽续任高级工程师，大队民主测评打分，在参加考评的60多人中，有50多人投了优秀票。

    “说明一切从工作出发，认真严谨，铁面无私，群众还是理解的。”大队刘政委说。

    大名鼎鼎的专家，却甘当小学生

    2007年，全国启动2000中国大地坐标系。总参成立2000坐标系总体技术组。李丽是技术组成员，负责空军测绘成果坐标系转换。

    隔行如隔山。怎么办？李丽下定决心，从零学起。得知大队助理工程师王松是学大地测量专业的，李丽跑到王松办公室：“从今天开始，你当我的老师，教我大地测量知识。”王松说：“李高工，您是大名鼎鼎的专家，我哪能当您的老师？”“你也知道，制图同大地测量是两个专业，你就接受我这一请求吧！”王松被她的诚恳打动，只好答应。

    王松列出满满的高等数学公式和推理步骤，李丽一看，如同一头雾水，不懂。王松从零讲起，两三个月过去，李丽基本搞清楚原理，她尝试着写出《空军测绘成果坐标系转换技术方案》。

    为核实方案可行性，李丽专门拜访中国工程院院士魏子卿。魏院士看完后惊奇地说：“你已经可以当大地测量专家了。”

    2007年年底，此方案交付总参测绘局，具体实施。

    因知识断层，一路上，李丽学得格外辛苦。受“文革”影响，李丽初中未读完就辍学。入伍前，实为小学水平的李丽凭着一颗恒心，从中专到大专、本科“八年抗战”，完成自考函授的艰辛之路。

    1983年，总部委托南京某测绘大队培训测绘系统骨干，李丽争取名额，参加学习一年半。学习中，李丽百般珍惜，经常达到痴迷程度。14门功课结束，除两门80多分外，其余都是90多分，名列年级前茅，取得中专文凭。

    1993年，已经40多岁的李丽考取了解放军测绘学院的函授本科班。一次，天下着倾盆大雨，路途足有10公里。为不漏一堂课，李丽没多犹豫，打着伞向雨中走去。刚出门，就被后勤处处长碰到，忙问：“嫂子，叫辆车送你去学校吧。”李丽说：“谢谢你的好意，车我不能坐，你们还有很多公务要办。”说完，她深一脚浅一脚向大雨中走去。

    就这样，李丽仅用三个月，硬是把初中三年的文化课补齐了。

    入伍40年，李丽始终傲立空军战略转型和制图技术前沿，对我国第四代航空图作出革命性变革。她曾设计《建国五十周年首都阅兵空中梯队受阅航空图》，其中《空中梯队受阅实施方案》被军事博物馆收藏；设计《港澳地区多尺度直升机专用航空图》，改写港澳部队一直延用英方地图的历史。

    她四次荣立三等功，编写35万字《航空图制图学》一书，参加《中国军事大百科》、《中国军事测绘大百科》、《空军百科全书》等多个条目的编写。2008年作为课题组组长，组织完成的《KJDK地理信息工程》获军队科技进步二等奖，并被全军军事测绘专家库、全军武器装备科技成果鉴定委员会聘请为专家委员。

    李丽锐意进取的步伐一刻没停。她在日记中写道：只要我还在工作一天，就随时作好迎接新挑战的准备。为飞行员提供一双明亮的“眼睛”，那是我今生追寻的梦！
