　　评审专家审阅了项目材料、听取了报告、进行了质询后一致认为，项目总体实施方案符合国家现行测量规范及《新农村建设测绘保障服务技术指南》的要求，可作为项目实施的依据；实施方案目标明确，具有较强的可操作性，能够保证项目设计目标的实现,同意该方案通过评审。

　　吉水县新农村建设测绘保障服务示范项目是国家测绘局2009年新农村建设测绘保障服务示范项目，由国家测绘局、江西省测绘局、吉水县政府三方共同出资完成。江西省第一测绘院具体承担项目的实施。本项目将完成全县13个行政乡镇650个自然村1：1000地形图测绘任务，测制近130平方公里1：1000数字线划图。项目完成后，将为吉水县新农村建设规划、涉农重大工程和农村基础设施建设、提高农村生产力水平、农村综合信息服务平台建设提供基础测绘保障服务，并为该县新一轮新农村建设五年发展规划提供重要数据，同时也为江西省新农村建设测绘保障服务发挥好示范作用。
