　　该院领导班子组成慰问组，走访慰问建国前参加革命的老干部、老党员，送去了党组织的关怀和温暖，感谢他们为中国革命、建设和测绘事业发展做出的贡献，并通报了院的改革、发展等情况，了解老干部、老党员的家庭生活情况和身体健康状况，并送去了慰问金，希望他们继续关心支持院的工作，。老干部、老党员对院领导专程看望表示衷心感谢，祝愿祖国的明天会更加美好。

　　多年来，该院党委一贯重视老干部工作，认真贯彻落实老干部的生活待遇和政治待遇，按规定标准及时给老干部发放各种津补贴。同时定期组织离休干部参加政治学习和各种文化娱乐活动，了解中央和国家的各项方针政策、时事政治，通报院的经济形势和改革发展情况，使老干部能经常了解、关心院的发展情况，热心、支持在职同志的工作，让老同志老有所养、老有所乐、老有所为，享受幸福美好的晚年生活。
