轻点鼠标,南京任何一个区域的楼宇、路网、树木及地下管网状况便可一目了然——昨天,“数字(南京)空间信息共享平台”在河西新城经贸文化节上正式开通。这个平台由新城科技园内企业江苏今迈公司与南京市测绘勘察研究院投资1200万元联合打造,将为城市规划、市政建设、水电燃气、应急服务等提供“数字化建议”。
连地下管线也一目了然
记者昨在现场演示的“数字(南京)空间信息共享平台”上看到,南京任何一个区域地面上的楼宇分布、路网设置等都和现实生活中一模一样;就连记者平时没有机会看到的地下管线布置,也显示得一清二楚。如果将场景放大,还能清楚地看到标志性建筑的外立面色彩等细节。来回移动鼠标,就仿佛置身在虚拟的南京城。
“电脑上显示的所有三维景观和地下管线设施,都是依托市测绘院的技术,根据南京城区最新卫星影像图,对照实物,按照一定比例,进行仿真设计再展示的,确保了城市空间信息的全面和精确。”江苏今迈总经理尚剑红介绍。
使用者大幅节省开支
目前已有部门利用该平台提高了工作效率,降低了开销。
市环保部门每年要做一次城市污染源普查,需要了解市内上万家企业的位置及污染物排放情况。“过去普查要派大量人员了解企业及周边有可能受污染的河流、楼宇等分布情况,还要自己投资形成企业空间信息数据库,花费高达几百万元。”尚剑红透露,如今,只要登录平台,就能了解到“哪个大型化工厂搬到了哪里,对周围环境的影响如何,污染物排放到了哪里”等准确信息。使用平台每年只需交少量服务费,大大节省了开支。
适用于城市众多领域
“这个平台今年初试运行时,已在商业选址、管道铺设、市容管理、应急救援演示等多个行业进行了成功运用,下一步还将在城市规划、建设等方面进行推广。”尚剑红举例,今年年初,南京一燃气公司在某小区铺设天然气管道时,通过该平台快速、准确地制订了铺设方案,并成功施工,整个工期缩减了近20天。
据悉,目前今迈公司还在与地铁、隧道等部门洽谈,推广这一平台,避免地下工程施工时,因为不了解各种管道布置而出现施工事故。
