9月2日至4日，由国家测绘局科技与国际合作司主办、国家测绘局测绘标准化研究所和国家测绘局北戴河休养院承办的新大地测量国家标准培训班在北戴河举办。来自全国27个省、自治区、直辖市测绘行政主管部门和国家测绘局所属有关单位近100名标准化工作管理干部、技术骨干和技术负责人参加培训。

　　本次培训是根据《国家测绘局2009年专项教育培训计划》的安排而举办的一次重要标准培训，目的是为了进一步提高测绘单位外业技术人员对近期发布实施的大地测量国家标准的学习、理解和贯彻执行能力，确保测绘成果质量。培训班邀请国家测绘局测绘标准化研究所、国家基础地理信息中心及国家测绘局大地测量数据处理中心的有关专家分别对新近颁布的《国家一、二等水准测量规范》、《大地测量基本技术规定》、《全球定位系统（GPS）测量规范》、《区域似大地水准面精化基本技术规定》等四项大地测量国家标准进行了全面的介绍和讲解，并对外业作业人员在贯彻执行标准工作中遇到的问题进行了详细的解答。

　　本次培训班是国家测绘局继7月在西安举办测绘产品质量培训班后举办的又一次重要的测绘标准培训。它对于宣传贯彻大地测量新国家标准，进一步加大测绘标准宣传贯彻力度，推动测绘标准的有效实施将起到积极的推动作用。

This training course is in July, following the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping held in Xi'an, held after the course mapping product quality, another important mapping standard training.
