近日，顶山市测绘局、市保密局联合组成测绘成果保密检查小组在全市范围内开展测绘成果保密检查。

　　此次测绘成果保密检查的主要内容是2004-2008年度从省、市测绘局获取的各种比例尺的纸质地形图、数字化产品、大地测量成果等国家秘密测绘成果，数量是否齐全、有无丢失等情况以及有关单位测绘成果保密管理情况，重点检查有无擅自复制（包括复印、扫描、拷贝）、转借、转让、丢失、公开展示和销售国家秘密测绘成果的行为。

　　检查结果表明，各单位购买的测绘成果资料及保密管理情况基本符合要求。但是，个别单位存在着借阅手续不完备，个别涉密测绘成果保管人员未经培训等问题。

　　检查组针对检查发现问题，向有关单位提出建议和要求。一要进一步建立健全保密管理制度，加强保密管理人员的培训；二要进一步强化安全保密措施，加强涉密计算机和存储介质的管理；三要进一步加强保密管理工作的宣传教育，切实增强保密意识，切实维护国家安全利益。

Test results showed that the outcome of each unit purchased by mapping data and confidentiality of the management of essential to meet the requirements. However, there are lending procedures for individual units are not complete, the outcome of individual custody of classified personnel without training in surveying and mapping issues.


Inspection team found to address the problem, make recommendations to the relevant units and requirements. A need to further establish and improve the security management system, strengthen the security management staff training; Second, we must further strengthen the security and confidentiality measures to strengthen the classified computers and storage media management; Third, we must further strengthen the confidentiality of the management of publicity and education to effectively enhance the security awareness, effectively protect the national security interests.
