近日，新疆第二测绘院和中国地图出版社联合编制的维吾尔文版《中国地图》和《世界地图》出版发行。

　　这两种图均为全开挂图。新疆第二测绘院的地图编制人员根据中国地图出版社提供的新世纪中文版《中华人民共和国地图》与《世界地图》的基础资料，运用维吾尔语言、文字，采用全数字计算机桌面制图新技术编制而成。创建的维汉地名对照数据库在新疆以及在国内均为首创，实现了不同语言文字之间内容的完美译换。

　　这两种图是集实用性和收藏性于一体的地图，是体现中华民族团结的典范工程。它不仅为新疆地图产品增加了品种、丰富了市场，满足了不同人群的文化需求，而且对规范和丰富新疆少数民族地名资源数据库具有重要的历史和现实意义，为广大少数民族读者增长地理知识、普及科学教育知识提供了信息服务。同时又是少数民族读者热爱世界、热爱祖国、热爱新疆、普及地图知识的爱国主义教材，也是测绘行业服务大众、繁荣民族文化、服务西部建设的重要举措。

　　这两种图的出版发行，不仅有利于促进稳疆兴疆、富民固边战略的实施，也真正方便了广大少数民族读者，对于维护新疆民族团结稳定大局，弘扬民族文化，努力构建和谐新疆有着十分重要的意义。

Recently, Xinjiang Surveying and Mapping Institute and the second map of China Publishing House jointly prepared by the Uighur version of the "China map" and the "World Map" published.

Both are full-figure charts. Surveying and Mapping Institute of Xinjiang second map of compilers available under the China Cartographic Publishing House New Century Chinese version of "The People's Republic of China Map" and the "World Map" of the basic information, use Uighur language, writing, all-digital computer desktop mapping the preparation of new technologies formed. Created against the database of geographical names in Han and Uygur in Xinjiang, as well as in China were first achieved between the different language content for a perfect translation.


These two plans is a practical and collector in one of the maps, embodies the unity of the Chinese nation, a model project. It not only increased the variety of map products in Xinjiang to enrich the market, meet the cultural needs of different groups of people, but also to standardize and enrich the ethnic minorities in Xinjiang resource database names of important historical and practical significance, for the majority of growth in ethnic minority readers geographical knowledge, popularization of science education provides knowledge and information services. At the same time the minority readers who love the world, love the motherland, love of Xinjiang, and universal teaching of patriotism map of knowledge, but also to serve the public survey and mapping industry, prosperity, culture, services, an important measure for the construction of the western region.


The publication of these two plans will not only help to promote stability Jiang Xing Jiang, Fu solid edge implementation of the strategy, but also really convenient for majority of ethnic minority readers, for the maintenance of national unity and stability of Xinjiang, promote national culture, and strive to build a harmonious Xinjiang has importance.
