9月8日，以“促进跨国投资，推进经济复苏”为主题的第十三届中国国际投资贸易洽谈会（以下简称“投洽会”）在厦门隆重开幕。

　　为进一步加强展馆秩序管理，投洽会厦门市保障协调委员会专门成立“展馆联合执法组”，加强大会期间的巡查力度，打击展示、销售假冒伪劣、侵权产品的行为和恶意收集展商资料等行为。厦门市国土资源与房产管理局作为成员单位参与联合执法，主要负责检查、指导布展和展览期间的地图使用情况。投洽会开幕前一天，该局联合执法组成员来到会展中心，现场检查投洽会展览用图，发现 10 家参展商存在不规范使用示意性中国地图的问题，当即对这些参展商进行宣传教育并督促其马上整改。在开幕式当天的跟踪巡查中，责令整改的参展展位已整改到位，既保证了大会示意性地图的准确性，也保障了客商正常有序的投资洽谈活动，得到有关部门的肯定。
