　　培训班开幕仪式上，高振华局长作重要报告，从提高认识、强化措施、加强领导和联系实际四个方面对全局干部提出要求，并针对本次学习提出要求，希望各位参训干部认真完成培训，做到学以致用。

　　培训班邀请中国井冈山干部学院教授、南昌航空大学教授、江西省经济管理干部学院教授以及省人力资源与社会保障厅有关干部讲授《学习毛泽东的领导方略》、《创新能力与培养》、《企业战略管理》及《事业单位岗位设置管理》等内容。同时，还进行了党风廉政教育，组织参观了井冈山博物馆和井冈山斗争全景画馆。培训课程安排全面紧凑，教授专家们的讲授激发了参训人员的浓厚兴趣、开放式思维和履行好领导职责的决心，参训人员普遍反映收获颇丰。
