[资料]移动GIS锁定你的位置

众所周知,很多业务不可能在一个固定的办公地点里完成,例如电力线路的检修、煤气管道(供水管道)故障的排除、出租汽车的管理、野外的勘探测量等,要有效地完成这些工作,很多工作人员就要远离固定的办公地点,进行流动办公(作业)。社会越发展,人们办公场所的流动性就会越大,据不完全统计,当今全球有近5500万以上的人不是在固定的办公室内,而是在办公室之外从事流动性工作。
  流动性和“位置”特性成为这些业务信息的最大特点,单纯的移动和单纯的GIS都已不能满足人们对这些信息的处理需求,这些庞大的人群迫切要求一种具有移动性且能够以4A(Anytime, Anywhere,Anybody, Anything)方式进行工作的信息系统,即在任何时间、在任何地点、对于任何人、对任何事情都能利用的信息系统。在这样的需求驱动下,诞生了基于移动地理信息系统(Mobile GIS,简称MGIS)的位置服务LBS(Location Based Service)。
  基于移动GIS的LBS有两种实现方式:第一种是通过GSM网络获取手机用户的位置信息(经纬度坐标),然后以位置信息等向位置服务中心请求定位服务,服务中心按照用户的订制,在GIS平台的支持下,查询用户附近各种场所的信息:用户在哪里、离用户最近的医院在哪儿、用户周围有哪些银行、从这里到那里怎么走、用户的好朋友现在的位置、紧急救助、老人跟踪、车队管理等,并且以短消息的形式发送给用户。第二种是按照用户订制的需求,当用户申请定位服务时,发给用户可视化的地图,考虑到网络容量和其它需求,发给用户的可以是经压缩的矢量数据或者栅格图像。
  位置服务从内容上大致可以划分为3种:第一种是只提供位置信息,包括查询自己的位置或对方的位置,这方面最明显的例子就是移动梦网。第二种是导航服务,结合运算处理技术以及语音技术,能够为用户提供切实可行的行进路线,比如车载导航服务。第三种是结合相关信息的定位服务,它能够提供信息点的详细资料以及周边的信息。
  位置服务在交通领域的许多事实表明,通过移动设备把关键的信息适时传达给交通流和即将参与交通流的人群,这对于改善交通是大有裨益的。例如移动用户如果知道“我在哪儿”“我离那儿多远”“我怎么到那儿”“去那儿的路况及当前的交通状况”等信息,将大大减少人群的出行次数、出行时间、出行距离和停车次数,改善市民出行质量,并有助于选择更适合的交通工具。

Mobility and the "location" feature as the most prominent feature of business information, pure and simple mobile GIS have been unable to satisfy people's information processing needs of these enormous crowds urgently requires a kind of mobility and be able to 4A ( Anytime, Anywhere, Anybody, Anything) approach to the work of information systems, that is, at any time, anywhere, for any person, for any thing can be the use of information systems. In such a demand-driven, the birth of a geographic information system based on mobile (Mobile GIS, referred to as MGIS) of the location-based services LBS (Location Based Service).
GIS-based mobile LBS implemented in two ways: The first one is through the GSM network access to mobile phone user's location information (latitude and longitude coordinates), then the location information such as location-based service center to request location-based services, the service center in accordance with the user's customized, In the GIS platform support, query the user a variety of venues in the vicinity of information: the user where the nearest hospital from the user where the user is surrounded by what banks, how to get from here to there, the user's friends are now the location of emergency relief, the elderly tracking, fleet management, and a short message sent to the user. The second is customized according to user needs, when a user when the application for location-based services, to users a visual map, taking into account the network capacity and other requirements, the user can be sent to the compressed vector data or raster image .
Location-based services from the content can be broadly divided into three kinds: the first one is only available location information, including inquiries on their own position or the other's position, the most obvious example of this is Monternet. The second is a navigation service with computing technology, and voice processing technology to provide users with a practical road routes, such as car navigation services. The third is a combination of related information, location-based services, which can provide information on points of detail as well as the surrounding information.
Location-based services in the transport sector a number of facts indicate that the mobile device to communicate critical information in a timely manner to the traffic flow and traffic flow will be participating in the crowd, which for the improvement of transportation is helpful.
