近日，四川省第三测绘工程院承担的武汉市地下管线普查与更新工程、常熟市1∶1000航测数字化地形图测绘工程，分别荣获2009年中国测绘学会优秀测绘工程银奖、铜奖；该院技术人员自主开发的中小比例尺地形图数据编辑处理系统、面向图形的管线数据编辑建库处理系统，分别荣获2009年四川省测绘科技进步奖二等奖、三等奖。

    近年来，川测三院坚决贯彻落实科学发展观，狠抓测绘科技创新工作、不断提高自主创新能力，不断提高在测绘市场的科技竞争力；并牢固树立质量意识，严格制定、认真执行生产质量管理规定，积极有效开展质检工作，不断提高测绘成果质量，有力促进了该院测绘工作走上了以质量求生存、以科技促发展的道路。

Recently, Sichuan Provincial Academy of Engineering, Surveying and Mapping undertaken by third Wuhan underground pipelines and update the census project, Changshu City, 1:1000 digital topographic maps aerial surveying and mapping projects, respectively, won the 2009 Chinese Society of Surveying and Mapping Surveying and Mapping Engineering Excellent Silver and Bronze; hospital technology staff self-development of the small and medium-scale topographic map data editing processing systems, data editing pipeline for the graphics processing system to build libraries, respectively, won the 2009 Survey and Mapping, Sichuan Scientific and Technological Progress Award for second prize, third prize.

     In recent years, Sichuan measurement of Hospitals and resolutely implement the scientific concept of development, pay close attention to the work of surveying and mapping scientific and technological innovation, and continuously improve the capability of independent innovation, and continuously improve the technology in the surveying and mapping market competitiveness; and to firmly establish the sense of quality, strict formulation, earnestly implement the production quality management regulations, actively and effectively carry out quality control work to continuously improve the quality of surveying and mapping results, effectively promote the work of the hospital embarked on a mapping to the quality of survival, to promote technology development path.
