“入户花园又是如何计算面积的”网友继续问道。对此，广州市国土房管局相关负责人继续回应，建筑物按不封闭阳台功能设计的“入户花园”，参照房产测量规范的不封闭阳台计算面积，即按50%计算建筑面积；按封闭阳台设计，作走廊功能使用的“入户花园”参照房产测量规范的封闭阳台计算，即按100%计算建筑面积。
