　　审核组对该院2008年8月至2009年7月期间质量管理体系运行情况进行现场抽检、查验。各科室、有关生产单位积极配合，认真做好资料提供、现场询问等抽检工作，为审核组顺利开展监督审核工作创造了条件，得到审核组的好评。经过审核组三天的现场查验、抽检，审核组认为：该院实施与保持的质量管理体系运行有效，均符合质量管理体系标准，顺利通过2009年度质量管理体系监督审核。
