四川省基础地理信息中心岗位设置工作顺利实施，于2009年8月开始全面实行聘用合同制。

    根据国家测绘局、四川测绘局岗位设置实施方案要求，四川省基础地理信息中心积极进行宣传，使职工充分认识了实行岗位设置、全员聘用人事制度改革的重大意义、具体规定和要求。同时按照局核定的岗位总量，在广泛听取职工意见的基础上，制定了岗位设置实施方案，并由中心班子集体讨论通过，向各部门征求了，对“方案”进行了调整、修改，最后报经四川测绘局审批准通过。

    根据《岗位设置实施方案》，中心按照科学合理、精简效能的原则，严格执行总量控制，合理设置岗位。2009年8月，中心对在编人员采取过渡的办法进行首次岗位聘用，并签订聘用合同，确定相应的工资待遇。首次聘用为专业技术岗位的人员均按同等级技术岗位的最低档级聘用。首次聘用完成后，细化管理体系中的部门职责和岗位职责，岗位任职条件，岗位考核办法，转岗、待岗和内退管理办法等制度，更好地调动了职工工作的积极性、创造性和主动性。
