青岛地铁运营控制中心将建在南京路。记者26日采访了解到，青岛地铁运营控制中心征集建筑方案，明确表示青岛地铁运营控制中心就建在辽阳西路与南京路交叉口东北角，同时建有地铁全线网票务清算中心和全线网应急指挥中心等。
 

“这里是青岛地铁的运营控制中心，施工相对来说复杂一些，所以对地质的了解也要多一些。”26日，记者在南京路和辽阳西路交会处发现，周边有好几处勘察点，负责现场施工的工作人员说，这里将是青岛地铁的运营控制中心，所以周边的勘察点就多一些，也是为将来施工提供各种地质参数。

    据介绍，青岛市地铁运营控制中心位于辽阳西路与南京路交叉口东北角，辽源路南侧地块内。建筑用地 6680 平方米，总建筑面积约为54000平方米，主要功能包括3条地铁线路的运营控制中心、全线网票务清算中心、全线网应急指挥中心，以及市地铁建设指挥部及其办公室、市地铁公司办公楼。同时，此次地铁运营控制中心建筑方案征集公告规定，以联合体形式投标的，联合体各方应签订共同投标协议，并确定代表人，联合体各方均应具备相应资格条件。同时，建设单位根据方案评审结果，综合各方面因素，选择1个方案进行修改，申报规划，中选单位可取得下阶段设计权。

    同时，记者采访了解到，目前青岛地铁一期地质初勘工作进展顺利，青岛地矿岩土工程有限公司的工作人员已勘测到中山路与广西路路口。据介绍，除了地质勘测外，他们还对第一海水浴场附近进行了水文勘测。工作人员介绍，青岛火车站附近因为周边道路狭窄，施工难度也在加大，目前该公司已完成120个点位的钻孔初勘，而青岛市勘察测绘研究院也已完成大部分区域的勘察任务 。此外，青岛地铁一期全线工点设计工作也已经全面展开，地铁公司通过招标将地铁一期工程全线线路和车站划分为五个标段同时进行。

    据介绍，8月13日，经国务院同意，国家发改委印发青岛市城市轨道交通近期建设规划(2009年～2016年)。至此，本市城市轨道交通建设规划获得国家批准，为地铁工程建设奠定了坚实基础。
