张绅伦，教授级高级工程师。1932年12月，出生于汉沽，1954年7月毕业于天津大学土木工程测量专业。就职在西北综合勘察设计研究院，曾任西北综合勘察设计研究员总工程师办公室主任、工程负责人、工程审核人、工程审定人。陕西省第四、五、六、七、八届优秀工程勘察评审委员会兼专家组组长等。由于工作需要，1994年退而未休，现任西北综合勘察设计研究院技术顾问、中国工程勘察协会副秘书长、陕西省工程勘察协会秘书长。

　　由于工作成就显赫，他的名字和成就载入了《中国专家学者辞典》一书。作为主编之一，他参与编辑了国家技术规范两部，一部是国家建筑部标准《城市测量规范》，另一部是国家行文标准《建筑行变行测量规程》。他自己还编著《建筑变行测量技术》一书。曾先后获得国家建筑部科技进步一等奖一项；国家质量银奖一项；陕西省优秀工程勘察二等奖一项。他先后撰写的20多篇论文，分别刊登在《勘查技术》、《工程勘察》、《全国测绘科技通讯》、《中国勘察与岩土工程》、《城市勘察》等全国性的刊物上。1999年，中国工程勘察协会受国家建设部委托，由六个相关单位抽调骨干力量组成编写组，负责编制《工程勘察资料等级分级标准》。当时，已经67岁的张绅伦担任了编写组组长的重要职务。如今这个法规已经成为国家工程勘察单位分级的标准和依据。
