　　地籍面积测绘是拆迁最基础的工作，没有地籍测绘，其他拆迁工作就无法展开。测绘工作任务重、时间紧，测绘队员每天一大早就赶到现场为拆迁户测绘地籍面积，在一栋或几栋楼间上上下下地跑，定点、放线，体力消耗很大。到了晚上，又得赶回办公室整理数据，绘制图纸，直到深夜11点，有时候甚至加班到次日凌晨1点多钟，第二天又得早早赶到测绘现场。由于体力透支，不少队员先后病倒，但打完吊针，大家又投入到紧张的工作中。

　　在测绘时，由于被拆迁人对地籍测绘的技术规范和要求不了解，队员们经常被误解。每逢这时，大家一不急二不恼，本着既按照测绘原则替政府把好关，又保障拆迁户合法权益的原则，一边和拆迁户核实数据，一边耐心细致地作解释。“我们如果只是测量了数据，而没有消除被拆迁人的疑虑，就可能影响到拆迁工作。”陈军平说。在具体测绘工作中，市国土资源局主要领导也坚持做到工作指导靠前，到现场协调解决工作中遇到的实际问题，特别是房屋权属等相关问题。
