[测绘知识]“海拔”的定义及确定方法

顾名思义,所谓海拔就是超出海水面的高度。但海面潮起潮落,大浪小浪不停,可以说没有一刻风平浪静的时候,而且每月每日涨潮与落潮的海面高度也是有明显差别的。因此,人们就想到只能用一个确定的平均海水面来作为海拔的起算面。海拔也就定义为高出平均海水面的高度。这就是通常人们所说的高程或绝对高程。
        如何得出一个确定的平均海水面呢?对此,测绘专家们很早就想到通过在沿海设置验潮站的办法。选择对一个国家或地区来说具有位置适中、外海海面开阔、海底平坦、地质结构稳定、有代表性和规律性的半日潮等特点的港区建立一个长期使用的验潮站,根据长期验潮资料来确定一个平均海水面,把它作为零高程面。然后用精密水准测量联测到陆地上预先设置好的水准原点,测定出这个点的海拔高度作为一个国家或整个地区的起算高程。新中国成立前,我国各部门各自为政,确立海拔高度的验潮站很多,高程系统比较混乱。这曾给我国经济建设和国防建设带来许多问题和麻烦。新中国成立后即着手建立我国统一的高程系统,于1957年确立了青岛验潮站为中国基本验潮站,并以该站1950~1956年的潮汐资料推求的平均海面作为中国高程系统的起算基准面。其它验潮站的验潮结果只能作为参考比较及研究海面地形之用。根据经济和科学技术发展的需要,80年代末,通过复查,并参照更长时间验潮资料,又对原高程系统的起算高程进行了新的确认,新老高程基准相差仅29毫米。

 

 

 

As the name suggests, the so-called excess of sea-surface elevation is the height. And then use the precision measurement of joint measurement standards to land a good standard of pre-starting point, the determination of the altitude of this point as a nation, or the date of elevation throughout the region. Before the founding of New China, China's lack of co-ordination of various departments to establish the altitude of a lot of tide stations, elevation system a bit confusing. This gave China's economic construction and national defense issues and problems brought about by many. After the founding of New China to establish a unified height system in China, established in 1957 in Qingdao of China tide stations basic tide stations, and to the station from 1950 to 1956, the tidal information as the calculation of the average sea surface elevation system, starting in China datum. Other tide tide stations results can only be compared as a reference and research use of sea surface topography. According to the economic and scientific and technological development needs of the late 80's through the review, and taking into account a longer period of time tide information system and height of the original date of elevation to a new recognition of the difference between old and new base elevation is only 29 millimeters.
