近日，宁夏回族自治区国土资源厅（宁夏回族自治区测绘局）发出通知，就开展2009年全区测绘法宣传日活动作出整体部署。

　　通知要求，各级测绘行政主管部门、测绘行业单位要在本部门、本单位办公地点悬挂宣传横幅，宣传日当天要在市、县各主要广场或繁华地段组织设立宣传点，散发宣传材料并提供咨询服务，并邀请有关领导和专家参加宣传活动；要创新方式、丰富内容，加大测绘法制宣传教育的深度和广度，以宣传地理信息市场专项整治工作的重要性为抓手，大力宣传《基础测绘条例》，提高全社会对基础测绘工作的基础性、公益性的认识，增强公众对地理信息涉及国家安全和利益重要化的意识，为《基础测绘条例》贯彻实施和地理信息市场专项整治工作顺利开展营造良好的社会氛围；要立即行动，抓紧落实，精心制定方案，充分发挥大众传媒的作用，与报刊、广播、电视、网络等媒体加强沟通协作，并利用公益广告、手机信息等宣传手段，掀起测绘法宣传新高潮。
