8月11日，四川省第一测绘工程院召开2009年管理评审会议，院机关全体职工、在院分院干部36人参加了会议。

    会议由总工王明善主持，各科室、生产单位先后就2008年8月以来实施质量管理体系、履行管理职责等情况进行认真地总结，查找贯标运行中存在的问题，提出下一步持续改进的建议和措施。到会人员还结合学习实践科学发展观活动，就进一步加强测绘产品质量检查、做好职工培训记录、完善产品状态标识等工作进行了讨论，大家踊跃发言，积极建言献策，提出不少合理化建议和改进措施。王明善作会议小结，首先肯定了实施贯标工作以来各单位、科室所做出的努力和取得的成效；二是通过贯标运行标明，实施质量管理体系是适宜的、持续的，规范了工作管理流程，符合院的科学发展要求。三是希望各单位、科室继续保持贯标以来取得的成绩，切实履行职责，坚持不懈地做好贯标运行工作，加强质量管理体系实施运行的督促检查，为提高测绘产品质量、推动院的管理工作做出积极的努力。
