近日，由四川省人民政府和国家测绘局共同投资、四川测绘局和中国测绘科学研究院共同承担建设的四川省地理空间信息公共平台一期工程——四川省地理空间信息公共平台门户网站，正式开通并投入使用。

　　该项目以西部测图工程和四川省地理空间基础框架建设项目成果为基础数据源，紧密结合四川省发展和改革委正在开展的“‘数字四川’地理空间基础设施建设与应用发展规划”，有效整合了四川省基础地理信息中心已有数据，建设完成了分类数据库，初步搭建起了覆盖全省的地理空间信息基础框架，为“数字四川”地理空间基础设施建设及全省信息化建设奠定了良好的基础。该项目作为四川省地理空间信息成果的公共展示平台，既是全省地理空间信息集中展示的中心，又作为国家西部1∶5万地形图空白区测图工程中的示范应用项目，可为四川、青海、新疆、西藏、甘肃、云南等六省区的省级地理空间信息公共平台建设提供借监。整个四川省地理空间信息公共平台建成后，将能够全面满足四川省各级政府、各经济社会发展部门以及社会各界对地理空间信息的需求。

The project to the west of Sichuan Province mapping geospatial engineering and construction projects based on the framework of results-based data sources, in close connection with the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission is being carried out " 'the number of Sichuan' geo-spatial infrastructure and application development planning", effective integrated Geographic Information Center in Sichuan Province has been the basis of data, the classification of the database is completed, the initial coverage of the province to build a geospatial information infrastructure framework for the "digital Sichuan" geo-spatial infrastructure and information technology across the province has laid a a good foundation. Sichuan Province, the project as the outcome of geospatial information platform for public display is not only the province's focus on geospatial information center display, but also as the western topographic map 1:5 million mapping blank area of the demonstration project application, for Sichuan, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Tibet, Gansu and Yunnan provinces, autonomous regions, six provincial-level geo-spatial information of the public platform provided by the supervisor. Geospatial information throughout the Sichuan Province after the completion of the public platform, will be able to fully meet all levels of government in Sichuan Province, the economic and social development sectors, as well as the community demand for geospatial information.
