东方网8月9日消息：为期两天的“2009卫星导航定位技术论坛”八日在北京拉开帷幕。论坛以“创新与应用”为主题，紧紧围绕卫星导航系统建设与应用中的基础科学问题、技术难题、应用发展趋势等理论与实践结合的诸多实践问题展开研讨。

　　本次论坛由武汉大学/国家卫星定位系统工程技术研究中心、全球华人定位导航协会(CPGPS)、科技部国家遥感中心、中国全球定位系统技术应用协会主办，CPGPS协会工业委员会承办。

　　据悉，随着全球卫星导航定位系统的市场竞争加剧，国际未来将有四大全球卫星导航定位系统(GNSS)同台竞技格局，即：美国的GPS、俄罗斯的GLONASS\欧洲的Galileo和中国的北斗系统。

　　与会专家指出：首先，GNSS系统从建设、维护升级到应用推广是一个复杂的系统工程，国民经济发展的各类GNSS应用需求也日益旺盛，这些都大力推动了GNSS相关理论研究、应用技术方法的快速发展，构成了当前全球巍为壮观的GNSS研发、应用热潮。其次，当前，中国的卫星导航事业处于一个关键时期，正经历着从引进、吸收到自主创新的伟大变革。在这时期，中国将卫星导航系统建设列为十六个重大专项之一，充分体现了卫星导航产业对国民经济、国家安全的重大意义。

　　据了解，在科技部国家遥感中心等相关机构的大力支持下，本次论坛成为业界最高水平的一次盛会，共收到海内外华人专家、学者、学生、卫星导航从业者提交的摘要一百三十余篇，论文全文九十余篇，报告一百余多份。此外，论坛设置的卫星导航增强系统与应用、GNSS算法、新型导航定位技术与位置服务、GNSS接收机技术、GNSS大气科学研究、GNSS在工程测量、大地测量及地球动力学应用、组合导航技术等八个专题，基本上包括了GNSS典型的应用领域。

It is reported that as the global satellite navigation and positioning system of market competition, the future will have four international global satellite navigation and positioning system (GNSS) pattern of the same stage, namely: the U.S. GPS, Russia's GLONASS \ Europe's Galileo and China's Beidou system.


The experts pointed out: First of all, GNSS system from construction, maintenance upgrade to the application of the promotion is a complex systematic project, national economic development needs of all types of GNSS applications are growing strong, these are vigorously promoted the theory of GNSS-related research, application of technical methods rapid development, constitute the current global GNSS spectacular Wei for R & D, application boom. Second, at present, the cause of China's satellite navigation at a critical period, is going through from the introduction into the great transformation of independent innovation. During this period, China's satellite navigation system will be classified as one of 16 major projects, and fully reflects the satellite navigation industry to the national economy, national security significance.


It is understood that the National Remote Sensing Center in the Ministry of Science and Technology and other relevant agencies support, this forum has become the industry's highest level of an event, has received a total of Chinese experts at home and abroad, scholars, students, satellite navigation and practitioners to submit a summary of 130,nine full papers, reporting more than one hundred. In addition, the Forum set up to strengthen the satellite navigation systems and applications, GNSS algorithm, the new navigation and positioning technologies and location-based services, GNSS receiver technology, GNSS for Atmospheric Research, GNSS in engineering surveying, geodesy and geodynamics applications, integrated navigation technology eight topics, including the GNSS is basically the typical fields of application.
