绩效考评采取各个部门按年度工作要点、创新服务年实施情况、部门日常工作、交办任务以及整体回顾等五部分内容作总结报告。主管院领导根据部门工作和总结情况进行点评,各个部门领导进行打分评估。评估分优秀、良好、一般和待改进四个档次。
