8月6日，湖北省测绘局召开会议，传达全国测绘系统领导班子思想政治建设暨测绘工作汇报会精神并结合当前工作进行了学习讨论。局领导班子成员、局属单位党政负责人、局机关各处室负责人参加会议。

　　会议指出，全国测绘系统领导班子思想政治建设暨测绘工作汇报会是全国测绘系统深入学习贯彻党的十七大、十七届三中全会和中纪委三次全会精神，进一步落实全国领导班子思想政治建设座谈会工作部署和《中央组织部关于进一步加强和改进领导班子思想政治建设的意见》的一次重要会议。会议总结了上半年国家、各地测绘工作和近年来测绘系统领导班子思想政治建设经验，展示了测绘系统学习实践科学发展观活动成果，对进一步贯彻落实中央要求，学习贯彻李克强副总理在参观全国地理信息应用成果及地图展览会时的重要讲话精神，加强湖北局及所属各级领导班子思想政治建设，完成好全年测绘工作，具有十分重要的指导意义。

　　会议要求，一要加强班子建设，加强廉政建设，把班子建成一个过硬的班子、廉洁的班子、清正为民的班子。二要持续解放思想，坚持以科学发展观为指导，胸怀全局，心系职工。要有超前意识和战略思维，反对本本主义和教条主义，破除安于现状、不思进取的思想。三认真贯彻国家测绘局的工作思路，紧密联系湖北实际，搞好测绘服务保障工作。四要把贯彻落实会议精神与深入学习实践科学发展观、“能力年建设”和“作风年建设”活动紧密结合起来，同2009年各项工作结合起来，把会议精神贯彻落实到实处。五要注重解决群众关心的难点、热点问题，做好群众的思想疏导工作，搞好人文关怀，保持全局的稳定。
