近日，新疆维吾尔自治区第二测绘院近20名职工通过笔试和工作能力评价，取得院级、分院级质检员资格，他们将参与到院各级测绘产品质量检查工作中，为该院进一步提高成果质量和质量管理水平发挥重要作用。

　　2009年以来，为适应新形式需要，该院在生产工序和生产结果上进行了相应的调整，原有的质检员在专业和人数上不能满足生产需要。为此，该院决定加强质检员队伍建设，由质检科负责对各分院上报的新增质检员进行考核选拔。考核内容分两部分：一是通过笔试、答题检验参考人员测绘专业知识和对质检工作的认知程度；二是通过对参考人员平时工作能力和工作态度的综合评价，判断其是否能胜任质检工作。与以往不同的是这次质检员的推荐必须由部分领导写出推荐理由并签字。

　　通过此次质检员考核选拔，该院发现有不少年轻职工在工作中努力钻研业务并快速成长，已基本满足承担质检工作的要求。另外，很多职工在考试答题中对院质量管理提出合理化建议。目前，该院增补质检员工作已圆满完成，极大地加强了测绘产品质量检查队伍。

Unlike in the past is the quality inspector's recommendation must be written by some of the leading reasons for the recommendation and signature.


Through this selection of quality inspector examination, the hospital found that many young workers in their work efforts and rapid growth into the business, commitment to quality has been basically to meet the job requirements. In addition, many trade unions in the examination questions for the quality of management of hospital rationalization proposals. At present, the hospital has been added to the successful completion of quality inspector, which greatly enhanced the quality inspection team surveying and mapping products.
