　　7月31日，吉林省政府办公厅、省测绘局举行《吉林省人民政府应急平台地理信息系统合作建设协议》签字仪式，省政府办公厅副主任苏衡、省测绘局局长张立民出席仪式，并代表双方在协议书上签字。协议的签订标志着吉林省人民政府应急平台地理信息系统建设进入了一个全新的阶段，在地理信息技术和地理信息数据库体系的支撑下，步入更加科学的建设轨道。覆盖全省的基础地理信息数据将成为省政府科学管理与决策不可或缺的组成部分，地理信息系统对提高全省的应急决策、指挥、服务保障能力，加快地理信息建设具有重要意义。
