近日，由国家投资建设的陆态网云南通海GPS基准站建设项目，通过了国家基础地理信息中心大地测量部和四川省地震局测绘工程院、云南省地震工程研究院专家组的检查验收。专家组一致认为，通海GPS基准站建设是目前检查验收的最好一个站。

　　陆态网是“中国大陆构造环境监测网络”的简称，该项目是国家重大科技基础设施建设项目，由中国地震局、总参测绘局、中国科学院、国家测绘局、中国气象局和教育部六部门联合承担建设。陆态网络包括基准网、区域网、数据系统三大部分，建成后将为气象部门提供具有高时空分辨率、准时、连续特点的大气可降水量分布及其变化图像和我国上空电离层电子总容量变化的精细图像，对气象预报、磁暴预报和灾害性天气的预报预警都具有重要意义。

　　据悉，通海GPS基准站是中国气象局45个站承建任务中的其中一个，站址选在县气象局原闲置老观测场地。此次验收是该基准站重要基础部分，包括GPS、重力两个观测墩，水准标志，观测室，供电通信线路，防雷工程及环境改造部分。

The GPS base station Tonghai is the construction of the China Meteorological Administration, 45 mission stations in one site in the county election idle old former Bureau of Meteorology observation sites. The acceptance is an important foundation for the base station, including GPS, two gravity observation pier, standard signs, observation rooms, power supply communication lines, mine engineering and environmental transformation part.
