近日，在黄河防汛“七下八上”的关键时期，水利部安全生产第四督查组到黄河水文勘察测绘局指导检查安全工作，就该局生产安全隐患排查治理工作进行督促检查和指导。

　　督察组一行认真查阅安全生产相关文件，深入各部门实地查看安全生产工作，听取该局有关领导的工作汇报。督察组指出，该局成立了安全生产领导小组，措施得力、制度健全，对该局安全生产工作表示满意，并对以后的安全生产工作提出了要求和期望。

　　黄河水文勘察测绘局局长娄洪富表示，全局上下一定克服麻痹思想，长期坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的安全生产管理原则，以安全生产“三项行动”和隐患排查治理活动为契机，以前一阶段安全生产管理工作中取得的成效为切入点，深入开展安全检查活动，做足功夫，落实安全措施，防止各类安全生产事故的发生，为黄河水文事业的健康发展和新中国成立六十周年做出贡献。
