《测绘资质证书》分为正本和副本。正本为单张A3型纸（见图一）；副本由封皮、《中华人民共和国测绘法》（相关条款）、内芯、持证须知四部分组成（其中内芯为A4型纸），按编号顺序组合如下（见图二---五）。
