近日，河北省测绘局召开专题会议，部署局系统保密检查工作。会议明确了检查的意义、范围、内容、方法及时间安排，以及检查的组织领导和有关要求。

　　会议要求，一要高度重视，加强领导。机关各处室、局属各单位要加强学习，以高度负责的精神，严格按照要求，认真组织开展好这次保密检查工作。各单位要成立相应组织机构，切实加强领导，确保检查工作任务的圆满完成。二要严格检查，务求实效。各处室、各单位要严格对照检查目录，对所有的计算机、移动存储介质和办公网络进行拉网式清查，做到不漏一人、一机、一盘、一网。要认真做好检查记录，对照所列检查内容，逐项填写检查项目情况。要认真建立检查档案，为今后实施日常监管提供依据。要按时完成检查任务，及时报告检查结果。三要限期整改，及时复查。要认真贯彻边查边整边改的原则，对检查中发现的问题要立即纠正，对发现的重大问题要随时报告局保密委员会，对存在突出问题的单位，要明确整改要求，严格进行复查。四要完善制度，强化管理。要坚持以查促改、以查促建、以查促管。通过检查，促进各项保密规章制度落实，切实解决有法不依、有章不循、违法不究的问题。要针对检查中发现的问题，查找薄弱环节，研究提出加强保密管理的措施。要认真落实保密工作责任制，加大问责力度，对发生泄密和严重违规问题的，要严肃查处，追究有关人员的责任。
