国家测绘局第二地形测量队认真总结经验，查找问题，分析原因，不断加强保密工作，进一步推动了保密工作再上新台阶。

　　一是加强对干部职工的测绘保密意识教育。在办公区、作业区楼层悬挂了“强化保密法制意识、养成良好保密行为”、“落实保密责任、提高保密技能、完善防范措施”为内容的横幅，在工作区张挂保密宣传漫画挂图；建立对涉密人员的经常性保密教育培训机制，派出涉密人员参加陕西测绘局举办的全省涉密测绘成果管理岗位人员培训班；组织干部职工参加保密知识竞赛活动，聘请省保密局专家讲授保密知识；利用电子邮件、信函等方式及时向在外作业业干部职工传达布置保密工作要求，对结束外业工作返回基地的人员分批进行专题保密教育；购买《计算机安全保密知识普及读本》、《党政机关保密管理指南》、《党政机关工作人员管理须知》等参考书籍供职工学习，提高大家的保密意识。

　　二是建立健全各项保密制度。建立了《涉密计算机和移动存储介质保密管理规定》、《非涉密计算机和移动存储介质保密管理规定》、《涉密计算机网络保密管理规定》和《在公共信息网络上发布信息保密管理规定》，修订了《测绘成果资料、档案管理规定》、《资料员工作职责》、《测绘成果保密规定》等保密工作制度。同时，重点抓好内部防范及涉密人员的管理，加强对保密要害部门、部位的管理，不断完善人防、物防、技术防范等保密制度及措施。

　　三是加强对基础地理信息数据、办公生产设备及移动存储介质的管理，加大计算机和移动存储介质使用情况的自查力度。规定用于测绘生产业务的计算机不得上互联网；规范涉密及非涉密计算机和移动存储介质的日常使用，对台式涉密计算机安装主机外罩，实行物理防护，对其他涉密计算机USB口进行封闭管理；严格执行涉密载体的密级界定、标识、使用过程登记、维护、销毁等规定；为进一步做好保密工作，加大投入，配备保密柜和保险柜，加快计算机等涉密设备的更新，逐步从涉密岗位淘汰一批不符合保密管理要求的计算机；向省保密局定点的涉密计算机维修服务处进行咨询，并签订保密协议。
