本报讯 记者秦福军 王红闯报道 7月8日，河南省人大常委会副主任储亚平率领省人大环资工委代表组成的调研组，到河南省测绘局进行《中华人民共和国测绘法》和《河南省测绘管理条例》贯彻执行情况调研。该次调研是新一届人大环资工委列入年度计划的调研项目。
    河南省国土资源厅党组成员、河南省测绘局局长、党委书记贾志伟就省测绘局的基本情况、近年来全省测绘事业发展取得的主要成效、当前全省测绘事业发展中存在的主要问题向省人大领导作了汇报。
    储亚平在听取贾志伟的工作汇报后，对测绘工作表示满意。他说，以前对测绘工作了解不多，这次有了三点深刻感受，一是测绘工作非常重要；二是测绘工作非常辛苦；三是测绘工作面临的困难很多，比如机构设置、事业经费、测绘投入等，都属于体制方面的问题。测绘工作具有基础性、前期性、战略资源性的特点，要保证经济社会的可持续发展，测绘工作一天都不能中断。测绘事业属于公益性事业，这点很重要，我们应当保障公益性单位的合法利益，积极做好各方面的工作。
    储亚平一行考察了河南省基础地理信息中心、河南省遥感测绘院、省测绘工程院，观看了数字化立体影像生产过程和河南省地图网演示。
    7月9日和15日，储亚平带领调研组分别到许昌、信阳两市调研。许昌市委书记毛万春，市人大常委会主任王金怀,信阳市人大常委会主任姚铁璜、副主任高潮等有关人员参加了汇报会。
