7月16日电 在今天举行的“中国陆地观测卫星第三届用户大会”上,国家航天局局长孙来燕说,我国资源、环境两个系列卫星在轨运行以来,数据分发应用已突破百万景,占领同类型卫星产品国内市场85%以上的份额。我国陆地观测卫星应用成果丰硕,经过几年的建设和发展,中国资源卫星应用中心已具备同时支持5颗卫星同时在轨道运行的能力。来自国家发改委、国防工业局、中国航天科技集团公司、科技部、中科院等有关方面的负责人和用户代表出席了大会。
中国资源卫星应用中心主任郭建宁介绍,中心综合利用各类卫星数据,开发专题产品,向行业和地方提供的数据产品,已广泛应用于农业、林业、水利、国土资源、城市规划、资源调查、环境保护、减灾防灾等众多领域,在三峡工程地质监测、青藏铁路选线、汶川特大地震等资源环境调查和重大自然灾害监测中发挥了突出作用。截至2009年6月底,在中心注册的总用户近5200个,注册单位用户近2500家,中心向广大用户分发资源卫星01/02/02B星数据79万景,相当于覆盖国土面积600余遍;向用户交付HJ-1A/B星数据26万景;存档资源卫星和环境卫星数据200余万景,积累了极为珍贵的数据源。
成立于1991年的中国资源卫星应用中心,是我国陆地观测卫星数据标准化处理、存档、分发和服务设施建设的承担单位,现已建成并成功运行了我国首个多星、多任务地面处理系统,可以处理可见光、红外、高光谱、雷达等多种遥感器类型,以及2.36米到250米的各种分辨率的数据。2005年以来,用户数量年均增长200%,数据分发年均增长率达到98%。
郭建宁表示,根据国家中长期科技发展规划纲要和航天发展规划,到2015年,我国同时在轨运行的卫星将达到6~8颗,中国资源卫星应用中心将提供中巴地球资源系列卫星、环境减灾小卫星星座、测绘系列卫星、国家高分辨率对地观测系统数据产品,形成时空协调、全天候全天时的对地观测数据源。中心将以应用为支点,以地面系统为桥梁,支撑我国民用遥感卫星产业链,通过提高运营能力、建设大型基础设施、掌握核心技术、全面提高服务质量,促进广泛应用。
