浙江省测绘局根据国家和省委、省政府的统一部署，在全局开展“小金库”专项治理工作。

　　该局十分重视此项工作, 成立了局“小金库”专项治理工作领导小组，设立办公室，制定了周密的实施计划，召开动员会部署专项整治工作。局属各单位按照局“小金库”专项治理工作计划要求完成了本单位“小金库”的自查自纠工作，目前进入重点检查阶段。该局专门召开重点检查阶段会议，传达省财政厅“小金库”治理工作电视电话会议精神，要求各单位主要负责人和领导班子高度重视“小金库”专项治理工作，把它作为深入贯彻落实科学发展观的具体体现和推进反腐倡廉建设的重大举措，再次深入全面检查；强调在“小金库”专项治理过程中注重制度建设，针对发现的新情况和新问题，完善管理，强化制约，从源头上防止并杜绝“小金库”问题的发生。

　　此项治理工作共分四个阶段,即:动员部署、自查自纠、重点检查和整改落实。目前，该局各直属单位正对本单位（包括二级单位）设立“小金库”问题进行全面检查。届时，该局“小金库”专项治理工作领导小组办公室将组织人员对局属单位“小金库”检查情况进行重点检查，整个治理工作将在11月底前结束。

The management is divided into four stages, namely: the mobilization of deployment, self-examination and self-correction, focusing on the implementation of inspection and rectification.
