按照国家测绘局《关于推广应用测绘资质管理信息系统的通知》要求，为推进电子政务，提高工作效率，湖北省测绘局积极开展测绘资质管理信息系统推广应用，取得了明显成效。

　　为了使测绘资质管理信息系统得到迅速普及和应用，省测绘局专门下发了《关于推广应用测绘资质管理信息系统的通知》。要求各市（州）测绘行政主管部门高度重视，落实责任，指定专人负责组织好本地测绘单位对系统的推广应用工作，并从5月1日起实行测绘资质申请在线办理；要求各地测绘行政主管部门组织好本地测绘单位系统培训、数据录入和报送，并在9月底前完成本单位数据的录入和上传工作。该系统现已链接到省测绘局网站首页上，以方便申请人在线申报和办理测绘资质行政许可。

　　今年4月，为了提高测绘资质管理信息系统软件的使用能力，实现各级测绘行政主管部门之间测绘资质管理信息的充分共享和有效利用，省测绘局组织全省市级测绘行政主管部门及乙级以下测绘单位的工作人员进行了测绘资质管理信息系统的培训，培训分三期进行，邀请了系统开发单位的技术人员讲解如何应用该系统进行测绘资质申报、年度注册、变更及作业证申办等操作。目前，湖北省甲级测绘资质单位已实现网上申报，该系统受到了测绘资质单位的一致好评。
