近日，经修订的《浙江省测绘资质管理实施细则》（以下称《细则》）和《浙江省丙、丁级及测绘质量检验机构测绘资质标准》（以下称《标准》）由浙江省测绘局印发实施。新修订的《细则》和《标准》具有以下特点：

　　一是执行力好。充分体现了国务院和浙江省人民政府《关于加强测绘工作的意见》精神，认真贯彻国家测绘局《测绘资质管理规定》,对甲、乙级测绘资质的具体条件和标准以及丙、丁级测绘资质的专业类别和专业范围严格执行国家测绘局《测绘资质分级标准》。根据浙江省委、省政府关于扩权强县改革的有关精神，义乌市作为试点市，在测绘资质管理中与设区市测绘管理部门具有同等权限。

　　二是涵盖面广。新修订的《细则》中增加了测绘资质监督检查的相关内容、对测绘单位保密考核的相关要求、测绘质量检验机构管理的相关内容、测绘分支机构管理的相关内容；新修订的《标准》中增加了测绘质量检验机构的测绘资质标准。

　　三是针对性强。紧密结合浙江省测绘资质管理以及测绘单位开展测绘活动的实际，根据国家局新修订的《测绘资质分级标准》精神，浙江省《标准》对丙、丁级测绘资质的技术人员数量、仪器设备、注册资金等作了适当调整，更有利于促进浙江省测绘从业单位自身发展，强化浙江测绘市场的统一监管。

The second is broad.
